We can either operate on a fixed cost basis per assignment, for which a detailed scoping exercise will be required to understand the business needs and objectives. 

Alternatively, we can provide a day rate service which is highly flexible with the ability to roll forward specific consulting expertise and services as and when the business and objectives pan out against the vision of the client. 

Interim Treasury Resource

If required, we can provide an interim resource service whereby upon understanding the resource gap within the client’s team, we can plug that gap by providing a dedicated expert for a predefined period.
